We run a range of workshops, garden parties and other events through the year. Please look through the list and details for those currently planned and follow the instructions to book places.
Friendship Days
These sessions run in a variety of locations (indoors and outdoors in spring and summer, and indoors, with options of outdoor activities when the weather is suitable, in autumn and winter) and include:

The activities on these days are all specifically designed to suit older people, including those living with dementia or other conditions and their carers and past carers.
We need to be sure we can provide enough space, suitable activities, refreshments and adequate support so BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, numbers are limited, and places allocated on a first come first served basis.
Suggested donations towards materials and costs for this programme are £4 – £6 per person per session.

Grow Better Gardening
These wellness workshops are run interactively by a subject specific professional and will involve indoor and outdoor activities alongside learning at a variety of venues. Materials and light refreshments included.
Nature’s Pathways uses nature and the outdoors as an inspirational guide to improving physical and mental health. Using and observing nature in a variety of different ways and linking with plants, trees, wildlife and birds you will explore how you can work together to develop your own roots and branches to enhance your wellbeing and build a healthier you.
Nature’s Pathways is an extended wellbeing programme aimed at helping you to boost your mood and health. Learn how to cope with difficult emotions, explore calming techniques, feel healthier and make new connections at the same time.
Workshops can be part of the full programme or attended as one-off workshops without the backup support.
